Amrutam Dairy is a family-run dairy based in the heart of Palghar, Maharashtra. We started with a simple belief - every Indian family deserves access to pure, honest, and traditionally made dairy products.
Our journey began with our own desi breed cows and buffaloes, raised naturally on fresh green fodder and clean water. We saw how commercial dairy was full of chemicals, preservatives, and shortcuts. We decided to do things differently - the way our grandparents did.
Today, we make pure bilona ghee using the traditional hand-churning method. Fresh milk is collected every morning, set into curd overnight, hand-churned using a wooden bilona, and slow-cooked on a gentle flame until it becomes golden, aromatic ghee. No machines, no chemicals, no shortcuts.

We follow the ancient bilona (hand-churning) method. Milk to curd, curd to makkhan, makkhan to ghee - all done by hand, slowly, with patience.
